Litigation Skills Series: Top Ten Tips for Pro Bono Practice in District Court

In the first hour, attendees will learn ten key practice tips for pro bono service in Maryland’s District Courts. In the second hour, small groups will explore the attorney’s role in managing the court, managing the client, and managing the outcome. During the final hour, we’ll open the floor for any and all practice questions attendees may have.
Participation is open to attorneys who have already accepted a pro bono commitment through a PBRC training within the past 12 months OR who commit to answer at least 3 legal questions for low-income Marylanders using the https://Maryland.FreeLegalAnswers.org website, within 1 year of registering.
