PBRC Staff Sworn in as 2025-2026 Monumental City Bar Association Officers!
PBRC is celebrating as staff members, Valda Ricks, Patricia Tuon, and Domonique Flowers were sworn in as officers of the Monumental City Bar Association (MCBA) last week!
Valda Ricks, staff attorney with PBRC's Courtroom Advocacy Project, was sworn in as MCBA's President. At PBRC, Valda is not only a strong advocate for our clients, but she is a dedicated mentor to newer attorneys though PBRC's Professional Skills Academy and even to PBRCs other legal team members. Additionally, staff attorneys Patricia Tuon and Domonique Flowers were sworn in as Recording Secretary and President-Elect respectively. They are all truly dedicated to bettering the profession and uplifting their fellow attorneys, and we're excited to see them lead the MCBA over the next year.
The Monumental City Bar Association is Baltimore’s oldest and largest specialty bar association. Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, the MCBA has a long legacy and rich history as an advocate for African American attorneys and the interests of the African American community in Baltimore City.
