Moderator, Maryland’s Protective Order Laws: Progress Made, Goals for the Future

Amy Palumbo is the Director of DVS Legal Services. DVS Legal Services is a legal partner of the Montgomery County Family Justice Center, where it provides legal services to domestic violence survivors and their families who have limited access to attorneys for protective orders, family law cases, and other legal issues resulting from domestic violence. Amy earned her B.A. from The University of Notre Dame in Psychology and Sociology; and a J.D. and M.S.W. from Washington University in St. Louis. Before helping found DVS, Amy worked for the Montgomery County Family Justice Center Foundation and served on the Foundation's Board of Directors.
