Andy Gross, the founder and managing attorney at the Law Office of Andrew P. Gross, is an experienced litigator and advocate with over a decade of experience. Starting his career at the premier firm representing young children poisoned by lead paint, through his time as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, Andy has dedicated himself and his career to serving the needs of others. Andy started his firm to serve those injured by the negligence of others, along with Veterans seeking the benefits they earned through their own service.

Born in Texas, but raised in Munich, Germany, Mr. Gross has called Maryland home for the past 20 years. He graduated from High School in Columbia, Maryland, before going on to college at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law.

During law school, Andy clerked at a law firm specializing in representing children poisoned by lead-based paint. He went on to clerk for the Baltimore CIty State’s Attorney’s Office, where he later became an Assistant State’s Attorney. From there, he joined the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and was assigned to various locations around the United States, where he advised military leaders at all levels. He also had the opportunity to represent Soldiers in front of numerous Courts-Martial and Administrative Proceedings. Upon leaving the Army, Mr. Gross joined a medium-sized civil litigation firm in Towson, before returning to the firm he first clerked at as a law student. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Andy formed the Law Office of Andrew P. Gross, LLC.
