Panelist, Healing Tools for Justice Workers

Ife Minor is the Founder and Executive Director of Redeeming Light Wellness Center (RLWC), a mental and behavioral health clinic established in 2019 to serve the residents of Greater Baltimore City and surrounding counties. Inspired by personal experiences and a deep empathy for her community, Ife’s vision for RLWC was born from a lifelong observation of the mental health disparities affecting youth and families across Baltimore.

Driven by the questions: “How do we break glass ceilings?” “How do we heal from trauma?” and “How do we rebuild holistically?”—Ife transformed these reflections into action. Under her leadership, RLWC is built on the core values of Equality, Integration, Dignity, Empathy, and Grace, and is committed to delivering professional, compassionate care for individuals and families seeking healing and restoration.
