Panelist, Healing Tools for Justice Workers

Imani Jackson is a visionary connector, healer, and artist from West Baltimore, currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Her interdisciplinary research explores the use of energy/sound healing, as well as fiber art, as powerful modalities for healing. She is particularly interested in how creative and somatic practices can serve as alternative pathways for reducing health disparities. Imani is a proud first-generation college graduate, holding a B.S. in Biotechnology from Syracuse University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Morgan State University.
