Joshua R.I. Cohen is a nationally recognized expert in student loan law and founder of Cohen Consumer Law. Known as “The Student Loan Lawyer,” he has dedicated his practice to helping borrowers navigate federal and private student loan issues, debt collection, and credit reporting errors. He trains attorneys nationwide, co-created the Student Loan Toolbox software, and serves as President of the National Association of Student Loan Lawyers. Cohen is admitted in Connecticut and Vermont and frequently speaks at national legal conferences.
