As an undergraduate student, Kate Conway majored in Criminology and Criminal justice at the University of Maryland and participated in UMD's 3 + 3 Dual Enrollment Program. Her interest in veterans' law is primarily derived from her older brother's service in the army. As a student attorney in the Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic, Kate has gained hands on experience representing clients in both discharge upgrade matters as well as claims for increased disability ratings.
