Kiah Pierre (she/her) is an accomplished training, conference, and event planner with over 15 years of experience at the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland. As the Director of Training & Operations, she specializes in coordinating legal trainings and conferences, developing internal staff trainings, and managing the organization's website content and online training portal. Kiah's expertise extends to Salesforce administration, website administration, videography, and editing. She is also responsible for supervising operations and system administrator staff, ensuring efficient volunteer referrals, record management, and grant reporting. Kiah holds a Sustainable Event Professional Certificate and has been instrumental in organizing the annual Partners for Justice Conference, which attracts over 300 attendees from the legal and advocacy communities.

Kiah's career is marked by her dedication to enhancing access to justice through effective training and event planning. She has a strong background in records management, having previously worked with Steptoe & Johnson LLP and Pessin Katz Law, P.A. Kiah is a proud alumna of Morgan State University and actively contributes to her community through various volunteer roles in local politics, sports videography, and events in her neighborhood.
