Leaf Ye is the Program Coordinator at Maryland Legal Services Corporation (MLSC). She joined MLSC in September 2024 after relocating from Philadelphia, where she earned a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Leaf has previously worked with nonprofit organizations including the Center for Reproductive Rights and the Maternity Care Coalition, with a focus on evaluation, strategy, and policy analysis. She brings a strong passion for impact-focused reporting, data-driven strategy, and nonprofit management, along with experience in fundraising and partnership development. In her role at MLSC, Leaf supports the grants team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s grant programs.
