As Deputy General Counsel of Paralyzed Veterans of America, Linda Blauhut manages PVA’s veterans claims litigation and has more than 28 years of experience representing veterans and other VA claimants before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also represents PVA and its foundations in corporate bylaw issues, contracts, compliance with local and federal law on issues ranging from charitable giving to labor law, and has developed outreach and awareness campaigns to educate the public on veterans law. In 2020, she was named to the Legal Services Corporation Veterans Task Force; Ms. Blauhut has also served on various CAVC committees, and is a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association, and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Historical Society; she is also an arbitrator for the D.C. Bar’s Attorney/Client Arbitration Board. Ms. Blauhut teaches Veterans Advocacy and Public Interest Lawyering at the George Washington University Law School; she also regularly speaks at bar association and continuing legal education programs.

Ms. Blauhut lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her family and an adorable hedgehog named Cannoli.
