Lindsay Moss is the principal of Moss Law, LLC. She is a VA Accredited Attorney, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (NCCDP), as well as being certified in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care (HFAM/MAADS). Ms. Moss represents individuals and families in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, Veteran's benefits, estate planning, special needs planning, asset protection, crisis and pre-crisis planning; and issues associated with adult medical daycare, assisted living and nursing home placement. She earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Towson University and her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
