Panelist, Using Day of Hearing Representation to provide Holistic Lawyering

Matthew Arthur is an Equal Justice Works Staff Attorney Fellow at Shore Legal Access in Easton, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2024, where he participated in the Eviction Prevention Clinic. Shore Legal Access is a small but mighty legal services provider on the Eastern Shore. In his role, Matthew represents tenants in eviction cases through the Access to Counsel in Evictions program and is supported by an Equal Justice Works Fellowship in the Housing Justice Program.
