Megan Jones is the managing attorney of the Children’s Education and Mental Health team with Disability Rights Maryland (DRM), the state's Protection and Advocacy (P&A) agency for individuals with disabilities. She has over 10 years of experience within the P&A system, representing beneficiaries of Social Security, clients of Vocational Rehabilitation, and students with disabilities across all levels of education. Presently, her work focuses on students subject to exclusionary school discipline and transition-aged youth facing barriers to employment. Before joining DRM in 2019, Ms. Jones worked as an attorney with Disability Rights Florida and Disability Rights Connecticut. She earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University and her B.A. in political science from the University of South Florida.
