“MLSC’s investment in PBRC over the past 25 years has proven to be an extremely wise use of scarce resources.  The value that PBRC has added to the entire legal aid delivery system in Maryland is truly incalculable, and I am personally grateful to have had the opportunity to play a part in its development.” -- Susan Erlichman
