Panelist, Client Interviewing and Triage for Same Day Representation

Tina Heidrick serves as the Program Lead for the Access to Counsel for Evictions initiative at the Harford County Bar Foundation. In this role, she coordinates a dedicated team focused on providing critical legal support to tenants facing housing insecurity. Under her leadership, the program has already helped over 400 tenants gain access to legal representation in eviction proceedings, promoting fairness and stability in housing.

Tina also contributes significantly to the program’s infrastructure by serving on the intake team and managing data reporting and grant writing efforts. Her organizational insight and strategic support play a crucial role in sustaining and expanding the program’s impact.
In addition to her legal advocacy, Tina is a licensed residential realtor in the state of Maryland. She leverages her deep knowledge of the housing market to guide clients through the complexities of property transactions with professionalism, integrity, and care. Her dual expertise in both law and real estate uniquely positions her to champion fair housing practices and empower individuals.

Outside of her professional roles, Tina is an active community volunteer and a devoted family member. She brings compassion, balance, and a strong sense of purpose to every endeavor, making her a valued leader and advocate within both her professional and personal communities.
