Warren Buff is a graduate of North Carolina State University and Washington and Lee University School of Law. Prior to law school, he worked in auto insurance and at the South Carolina DMV. Prior to coming to Community Legal Services, he clerked in Virginia for the Hon. Kevin Black, the Hon. Daryl Funk, and the Hon. William Sharp. He began his work with CLS as an Equal Justice Works Housing Justice Fellow in September 2022. Since February 2024, he has served as the Supervising Attorney for CLS’s Prince George’s County Eviction Prevention Program. Warren lives in Bowie with his wife and their dogs.
