Community Collaborations Foster Sustainable Reentry

This session will focus on the complex process of an individual transitioning from life in prison back into the community, including the challenges they face in securing housing and employment, managing relationships, navigating legal hurdles, and addressing mental health needs while attempting to reintegrate into society. Emphasis will be placed on a multidisciplinary approach to release planning and reentry to limit barriers.
