The "Great Resignation," challenges of Covid, and desire for increased pay and flexibility have made keeping valuable employees even more challenging than usual. What do public interest lawyers and advocates desire from their managers and the organizational culture in which they work? How do good managers identify and nurture leadership within so people can feel valued and reach their potential? What type of communication is necessary to accomplish these? This will be an open discussion with managers and non-managers to delve into how to cultivate people’s strengths and develop a cohesive and supportive work environment that recognizes and celebrates its team.
