Homeowners can attend a free Tax Sale Prevention Clinic on Monday, April 22, 2019, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, at Bowie Branch Library, 15210 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715 Attorneys will give one-on-one brief legal advice to distressed homeowners at risk of losing her homes due to delinquent property taxes or water bills.
