Volunteer attorneys will assist low-income seniors in Baltimore City who are struggling with water, gas or electric bills at a virtual Utility Bill Legal Clinic on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Attendees should bring:
--> Copies of their recent utility bills
--> Any letters or notices from utility companies, attorneys, or court
--> Proof of income
