- Overview of the tax sale and tax sale foreclosure process in Baltimore City
- Strategies in tax sale foreclosure defense
- Statutory overview of tax sales in Maryland
Attendees must submit a $25 non-refundable admission fee and agree to accept two tax sale pro bono cases within one year of the training.
Pro bono attorneys will receive malpractice insurance, case support, and access to a mentor.
