The webcast training will cover:

• Organization of the Medicaid program
• Healthcare services covered by Maryland Medicaid
• Maryland Medicaid Waiver programs: eligibility and home/community-based services
• Legal rights of Medicaid recipients
• Medicaid Fair Hearing appeals

Attendees must submit a $25 non-refundable admission fee and agree to accept at one  7 pro bono case and/or provide free legal advice in a clinic setting. 

Pro bono attorneys will receive malpractice insurance, case support, and access to a mentor.
