Homeowners receive FREE one-on-one brief legal advice at Tax Sale Clinics. These clinics are for Baltimore City homeowners who are behind on their property taxes OR water bill and facing tax sale and/or foreclosure.

Homeowners should bring the following documents to the clinic:

• All recent property tax or water bills (and notices)
• Any proof of payment of property tax or water bills
• All notices from the Baltimore City Circuit Court
