Basics of mortgage lending and loan servicing
Overview of the foreclosure process
Representing homeowners at foreclosure mediation
Loan modifications & other loss mitigation options
Post-mediation options

Participating attorneys must agree to accept either two pro bono foreclosure cases; provide brief legal advice at two Foreclosure Solutions Workshops; or one of each within one year of the training.

Pro bono attorneys will receive malpractice insurance, case support, and access to a mentor.
