Moderator, Does Access to Justice include Access to Alternative Dispute Resolution?

Brenda began her career with the Legal Aid Society of Charleston in 1989 and current works as a lawyer/mediator at Waugh Law and Mediation in Virginia and West Virginia. Her diverse professional experience includes being a clerk at the West Virginia Supreme Court, counsel to the West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee, and an assistant prosecuting attorney.  In addition to her law degree she holds a degree in Conflict Resolution.  She is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and West Virginia. She has published several law reviews and has presented workshops across the US and Canada on topics related to restorative justice and mediation.
