Dr. Troy Spencer Grant is founder/president of Beyond Rhetoric Nonprofit, a 501(c)(3) which serves youth in Maryland’s detention and treatment centers. He'll attempt to summon detained youth. He received a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy and Culture from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
