Moderator, Litigating in the Wild West: Trial Techniques for District Court

The Honorable Michael W. Siri serves as an Associate Judge on the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County. Judge Siri chairs the Judiciary’s Standing Committee on Pro Bono and is a member of the Maryland Judiciary’s Court Access Committee, serving as the Chair of the Language Access Subcommittee and on the Self-Represented Litigants Subcommittee. Additionally, he serves on the Maryland Judiciary’s Equal Justice Committee, co-chairs the Mentoring Subcommittee of the Judiciary’s Education Committee, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Prior to his appointment on August 2, 2019, he was a partner at Bowie & Jensen, LLC, where he represented small and medium sized privately held businesses, with a focus on business litigation and construction law. Judge Siri received his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park and J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
