Patrick Orciani brings over a decade of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to the forefront of legal advocacy. Currently serving as the DEI Director for Legal Aid DC, Patrick is dedicated to fostering equitable environments within the legal sector.

With a robust background in consulting spanning thirteen years, Patrick transitioned into the legal realm, initially serving as the DEI Director for the Maryland Public Defender. His commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity has been a driving force throughout his career, dating back to his professional journey's inception in 2004.

In addition to his role, Patrick actively partners with other organizations to facilitate safe spaces and provide best practices to leadership teams, enabling them to integrate DEI seamlessly into their organizational fabric.
