Learn about representing clients with billing and service disputes, assisting clients facing shutoff, and connecting vulnerable clients with resources. This training, offered as part of PBRC’s Home Preservation Project to lawyers eligible to practice in Maryland, covers gas, electric, and water bills. Participating lawyers must agree to participate within one year of registration in our remote consultation program or attend a clinic, if available, to provide brief advice to clients.
