This training is intended for lawyers who are admitted to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland and willing to accept pro bono Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Participating lawyers must agree to accept 2 pro bono cases from Community Legal Services of Prince George's County (CLS) or another recognized pro bono referral program within 1 year of registering.
