During this 1.5 hour webinar, experienced practitioner Craig Enck instructs volunteer lawyers on drafting life estate deeds as part of an estate plan and share practice tips on deed recordation in Baltimore City. This service will allow seniors to age in place with the security that their family members will easily be able to remain in their homes after the senior passes away. This training is free to lawyers who agree to the pro bono commitment of preparing one life estate deed through a pro bono provider.
