The Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) and Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland (PBRC) offer free and discounted slots for select MSBA Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Courses. Volunteer attorneys are eligible for one of three (3) free slots in exchange for accepting a pro bono case referral from a recognized pro bono legal services program. Staff legal services attorneys (e.g., public defenders, prosecutors, Maryland Legal Aid, Public Justice Center, House of Ruth, etc.) may also register for one of three (3) discounted slots offered at 50% off the regular course cost. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

TO RECEIVE A FREE OR DISCOUNTED SLOT:

VOLUNTEER ATTORNEYS: Complete the Pro Bono Attorney Registration Form (online) and the MSBA Order Form (type “volunteer rate” in the FEE column).

STAFF LEGAL SERVICES ATTORNEYS: Complete the MSBA Order Form (type “discounted rate” in the FEE column).
ALL MSBA Order Forms should be submitted to the Pro Bono Resource Center by email at kpierre@probonomd.org.
