Homeowners can attend a free Tax Sale Prevention Clinic on Saturday, April 6, 2019, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Spauldings Branch Library, 5811 Old Silver Hill Rd, District Heights, MD 20747. Attorneys will give one-on-one brief legal advice to distressed homeowners at risk of losing her homes due to delinquent property taxes or water bills.
