Understanding Water Bills in Baltimore City

Volunteer attorneys will learn the basics of Baltimore City water bills and how to assist customers with delinquent or inaccurate bills to determine the causes of the elevated bills, to access assistance programs, and to dispute billing errors. This training will also touch on issues particular to tenants, and on additional assistance programs available to low-income homeowners.
