Volunteer attorneys are needed to assist low income seniors in Baltimore City who are struggling with water, gas or electric bills at a Utility Bill Legal Clinic on Friday, December 7, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Men and Families Center in Baltimore.
