Elizabeth Hilliard

Elizabeth Hilliard has worked for MOPD for seven years this summer. She currently works as the Director of Government Relations Division. She spent five years working an an Assistant Public Defender in the Post Conviction Defenders Division. Prior to coming to Baltimore, Elizabeth was living and working in Oregon, where she clerked for Judge Erin C. Lagesen on the Oregon Court of Appeals.
