Jessica Quincosa is the Executive Director of Community Legal Services, Inc. (CLS). CLS is a legal services organization that assists low-income clients with civil legal issues. Under Ms. Quincosa’s leadership CLS has expanded programs to include a tenant same day representation in Failure to Pay Rent Cases, Mobile Legal Services, and a Domestic Violence Legal Wellness Program. In 2022, CLS began providing advice and referrals to clients in the Prince George’s County Jail.
