Leland (Lee) Sampson joined the Thurgood Marshall State Law Library in 2017 and serves as the Head of Web Content and Services. He oversees the Peoples Law Library website and other IT systems.  Mr. Sampson is an attorney and a cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law.
