Madonna A. Lebling is a staff attorney with the Home Preservation Project (HPP) at Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland (PBRC). In this role, she recruits and trains pro bono attorneys to provide legal representation to low-income homeowners with the goal of allowing people to maintain homeownership, age in place and preserve intergenerational wealth. She coordinates community legal clinics staffed by volunteer attorneys to prepare and execute estate planning documents. She also provides extended client representation for life estate deeds, tangled titles, and estate administration issues.
