Michelle Salomon Madaio (she/her/hers) is a Senior Attorney with the Homeless Persons Representation Project (HPRP), where she engages in advocacy, direct representation and education to expand economic and racial justice in Maryland together with individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Prior to joining HPRP, Michelle worked as a Clinical Law Fellow with the University of Maryland Carey School of Law’s Clinical Law Program in the International Human Rights Clinic and the Health Care Delivery Clinic. Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and a B.A. from American University. In 2005-2006, Michelle was a Fulbright Scholar in Spain.
