Neha Lall joined the UBalt Law clinic faculty in 2019 as the Director of Externships. Prior to moving to Maryland, Neha was a public interest attorney for fifteen years, most recently as a Supervisory Attorney in the Housing Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago. Neha also has extensive experience in representing survivors of gender-based violence in protective order, family, housing, immigration, and education law matters. She has taught courses in the clinical programs at University of Chicago Law School, Northeastern Law and Harvard Law. She earned both her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Michigan.
