Tuesday Barnes is a first year doctoral student at Morgan State University studying Applied Sociology and Social Justice with a focus on Community Development and Social Change. She is a 2025 Broadening Participation Research Fellow via Morehouse College exploring mental health for HBCU students, a 2025 Research & Innovation Fellow via Rutgers University researching education and health equity and a 2025 Urban Leaders Fellow studying health equity in New Orleans.
