Mr. Antione Waller, Executive Director of the Baltimore Regional Office, will provide an overview of The Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxins (PACT) Act. The PACT Act is the largest expansion of healthcare and VA benefits in more than 30 years. The law expands healthcare and benefits for veterans from the Vietnam War, Gulf War, and post/911 eras who were exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances, and adds 23 new presumptive conditions for burn pits and other toxic exposures. Mr. Waller is a recognized expert in veterans benefits and has worked in the VA system for more than 20 years.
