During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the number of distressed homeowners with significant mortgage delinquencies has increased dramatically in Maryland. To help meet this challenge, PBRC is excited to offer this foreclosure prevention training series, which will be taught by Maryland foreclosure expert, Diane Cipollone.
