This session will equip volunteers with the skills to conduct eligibility consultations for naturalization applicants. Participants will learn how to assess eligibility requirements, analyze criminal history, identify necessary documentation to support applications, and determine additional evidence that strengthens good moral character factors. Volunteers must agree to attend at least one naturalization clinic with Esperanza Center’s Immigration Legal Services in exchange for the training. |
