Elizabeth A. Hill is Executive Director for the Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) within the Department of the Navy. The mission of the BCNR is to provide a method for correction of errors or removal of injustices from current and former Navy and Marine Corps member’s military records. The BCNR is the highest level of administrative appeal in the Department of the Navy. Immediately prior to this position, Ms. Hill was Deputy Director/ANG Advisor for the Secretary of the Air Force Personnel Council (SAFPC). Ms. Hill is a graduate of University of Maryland, University College (Bachelor of Science in Financial Management) and Central Michigan University (Master of Science in Administration, Human Resources).
