Friday, October 30, 2026

Use our online form to propose a session for the Conference. You’ll provide:

  • A short, one-paragraph description for the program.
  • A brief explanation of why the session matters to the legal services community.

By submitting a proposal, you agree to coordinate the session, which includes:

  • Serving as the main contact for the Planning Committee and Coordinator;
  • Submitting all required materials by deadlines; and
  • Meeting with your session presenters to plan the presentation.

Session Proposal Guidelines:

  • Suggest 2–3 panelists max, including their organization and location.
  • You may also suggest one moderator.
  • Ensure diversity and no more than one representative per organization (including moderator).

Proposals that fail to meet the guidelines may not be considered.
