Tax Sale Foreclosure Prevention Clinics

Volunteer lawyers provide one-on-one brief advice to assist homeowners and/or nonprofit groups facing tax sale foreclosure.

By participating in this clinic, you will be helping long-time members of communities age in place, preserve intergenerational wealth (which, for our clients, is generally equity in the home), provide security for families, and protect the rights of homeowners.

Malpractice insurance, training, and mentorship are provided.
