Bradley Richardson is an Assistant General Counsel in the Litigation Branch, Defense Health Agency Office of General Counsel, Falls Church, VA.  He is also an Air Force Reserve Judge Advocate, assigned as a Litigation Attorney with the Personnel and Information Law Branch, Civil Law & Litigation Directorate, Joint Base Andrews.  Prior to joining the Defense Health Agency, he was an attorney-advisor at United States Transportation Command, one of the eleven combatant commands in the Department of Defense.  He also served as an Active Duty Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force for 4 and a half years, which included a deployment in 2018-2019 with United States-Forces-Afghanistan as an Operations Law Attorney.  He is barred in the State of Maryland.  His focuses are federal litigation, contract litigation at the Government Accountability Act and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, healthcare and procurement fraud, labor law, information law, healthcare law, tort law, military justice, and operations law.
